data-end=\"1016\">Llegaron m\u00e1s operaciones con cr\u00e9dito que con billete de ahorro posblanqueo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1018\" data-end=\"1034\">S\u00ed, le\u00edste bien.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1036\" data-end=\"1199\">En determinadas zonas del corredor norte bonaerense, el cr\u00e9dito comenz\u00f3 a traccionar operaciones con m\u00e1s fuerza que el cl\u00e1sico \u201ctengo los d\u00f3lares bajo el colch\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1201\" data-end=\"1223\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 pas\u00f3 esto?<\/h2>\n<h3 data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1265\">1\ufe0f\u20e3 Falta de inmuebles con escritura<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1267\" data-end=\"1394\">En varias zonas del partido de <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">San Isidro<\/span><\/span>, la oferta de propiedades con escritura lista es limitada.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1438\">Y cuando hay pocas escrituras data-start=\"1588\" data-end=\"1629\">cr\u00e9ditos divisibles para fideicomisos<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element desarrollistas.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1797\" data-end=\"1859\">\n<p data-start=\"1799\" data-end=\"1859\">Permiti\u00f3 pensar en financiaci\u00f3n estructurada para proyectos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1860\" data-end=\"1928\">\n<p data-start=\"1862\" data-end=\"1928\">Gener\u00f3 expectativas de financiaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n para consumidor final.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1930\" data-end=\"2032\">Spoiler:<br data-start=\"1938\" data-end=\"1941\" \/>La parte de financiar unidades para consumidor final <strong data-start=\"1994\" data-end=\"2031\">no se reglament\u00f3 como se esperaba<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2034\" data-end=\"2068\">Y eso cambi\u00f3 el ritmo del mercado.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6c4c607 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6c4c607\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">El Billete Sigue Mandando (Pero No Como Antes)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9202d7e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9202d7e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2128\" data-end=\"2204\">Hay una frase que resume perfectamente la realidad del mercado en esta zona:<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"2206\" data-end=\"2245\">\n<p data-start=\"2208\" data-end=\"2245\">\u201cEs una zona donde el billete manda\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"2247\" data-end=\"2446\">En el corredor norte \u2014especialmente en <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">San Fernando<\/span><\/span>, <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">San Isidro<\/span><\/span> y <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Vicente L\u00f3pez<\/span><\/span>\u2014 el d\u00f3lar f\u00edsico sigue siendo protagonista.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2448\" data-end=\"2484\">Pero durante ese per\u00edodo espec\u00edfico:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2486\" data-end=\"2591\">\n<li data-start=\"2486\" data-end=\"2523\">\n<p data-start=\"2488\" data-end=\"2523\">El cr\u00e9dito tuvo mayor protagonismo.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2524\" data-end=\"2562\">\n<p data-start=\"2526\" data-end=\"2562\">Hubo varias operaciones financiadas.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2563\" data-end=\"2591\">\n<p data-start=\"2565\" data-end=\"2591\">Se gener\u00f3 movimiento real.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2593\" data-end=\"2603\">Hasta que\u2026<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c90bf7b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-end=\"2814\">La volatilidad cambiaria empez\u00f3 a frenar decisiones.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2815\" data-end=\"2846\">\n<p data-start=\"2817\" data-end=\"2846\">Se enfri\u00f3 la toma de cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2847\" data-end=\"2890\">\n<p data-start=\"2849\" data-end=\"2890\">Volvi\u00f3 el comportamiento m\u00e1s conservador.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2892\" data-end=\"2950\">En Argentina, cuando el d\u00f3lar duda, el comprador duda m\u00e1s.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element La falta de reglamentaci\u00f3n fren\u00f3 el impulso<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3243\" data-end=\"3316\">El cr\u00e9dito para consumidor final no termin\u00f3 de despegar como se esperaba.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3318\" data-end=\"3390\">\ud83d\udcb5 3.
